How to request deletion
ETCHlo users may request deletion of their ETCHlo wallet/account data by emailing support.
Use the button below, or send an email to support@etchlo.com with the subject line ETCHlo Account Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to locate the correct ETCHlo wallet/account record:
- Your ETCHlo Wallet ID or Support ID, if available.
- If you used optional Google sign-in, the Google email address associated with your ETCHlo account.
- A short note saying that you want your ETCHlo wallet/account data deleted.
Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in your request.
What will be deleted
When a deletion request is completed, ETCHlo will delete or anonymize account/wallet records controlled by ETCHlo, including associated token balance records and stored app data where applicable.
ETCHlo does not control records managed directly by Google Play, such as Google Play purchase receipts, payment history, or other records Google may keep under its own policies.
What may be retained
Some purchase, billing, security, fraud-prevention, troubleshooting, or legal records may be retained when required or permitted by law, platform requirements, or legitimate business needs.
We may need to keep limited records showing that a deletion request was received and processed.
Processing time
We will review deletion requests and process valid requests as soon as reasonably possible. If we need more information to verify the correct wallet/account record, we may reply to your email.
